What direction will Ambatana take in the next few years? What goals will we set for ourselves? What do we want to focus on in particular? And what have we learnt from the organisation’s 10-year history?
At the end of October 2024, we came together and looked at these questions in detail in order to master the next years in a purposeful way.
Some of the things that are and remain important to us are:
- Working together at eye level with our strong local partners in Kenya
- Focussing on the Rescue Centre as our core project to support children at risk
- Collaborating as a team within our organisation
- Transparent accountability
- Regular charity events and markets
- The loyal support of our sponsors, members and regular donors
We are planning concrete measures to put this strategy into practice. We look forward to tackling this together and would like to express our sincere thanks for all the support we receive.
