Development cooperation requires cultural awareness: People from different cultural backgrounds have different patterns of thought and behaviour.
On 2 November 2019, our team took part in an interactive workshop for ‘Intercultural Understanding’. The workshop helps us better understand Kenyan values, customs and approaches and to develop sensitivity for Kenyan culture – a key requirement for successful cooperation.
